I'Anson Brothers Ltd is one of the United Kingdom's leading
manufacturers of premier animal feedstuffs. The
company has been serving farmers in Yorkshire and the North of
England since 1900 from the small market town of Masham, at the
foot of Wensleydale in the Yorkshire Dales.
Now one of the UK's most successful specialist suppliers of farm
feeds, micronized ingredients and horse feeds, with customers in
over 20 countries worldwide, I'Anson Brothers Ltd is an
independent, fourth generation, family-owned and family-managed
company, still based in Masham.
Masham
Masham is a historic market town in the heart of the Yorkshire
Dales. Agriculture is extremely important to the local economy,
particularly dairy and sheep farming. There is a strong local
community and some of the best beers around. Masham boasts two
breweries, both making real ales in the traditional way. The Black Sheep
Brewery and Theakston's
Brewery both have excellent visitor centres and brewery
tours. Masham also has a mid week and a Saturday market.
We are extremely well located in Masham. The surrounding
Yorkshire Dales are fabulous for horse-riding, cycling and walking
and there is also easy access to Northumberland, the Lake District
and North York Moors National Parks and the Nidderdale Area of
Outstanding Natural Beauty.
